Compass App Information:
Student Information:
The information that parents/carers provide on the Enrolment Form is important in helping us to look after your child and should be kept up to date. Parents can change email and phone numbers in the Compasss App.
In particular, we need to know:
- change of address - home, postal or email
- change of telephone numbers, work and personal (particularly mobile phone numbers)
- emergency contact names and phone numbers
- If you have told the school your child has a medical condition eg: asthma, allergies, anaphylaxis, they must have an up to date medical plan from a doctor on record at school.
- Medical action plans need to be updated annually. Any medication supplies eg: Epipen need to be in date.
- If your child is absent from school please complete an Attendance Note in Compass before 9:00am or notify the school office on 63622323.
Simultaneous Story Time:
Next Wednesday is the 24th annual National Simultaneous Storytime. Every year, the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) selects a picture book written and illustrated by an Australian author and illustrator. Students in Kindergarten to Grade 2 are excited to explore the focus text 'Bowerbird Blues' written by Aura Parker. Keep an eye out in next week's newsletter for some exciting pictures of our celebrations.
Lost Property:
There are a lot of clothing items going missing at the moment. Our Lost Property Box is overflowing with jumpers etc. If you happen to have been given second hand clothing items or purchased them, could you please re-name those items. We will aim to set up a table next week so parents can pop in to have a look.
